Ultimate Walk/Run/Air Speeds by Percent

So without a good basis on how fast everyone moves, considering the units given in the game's code is pretty vague, I've decided to make a quick list of every character's lateral speed by percentage, instead of something super vague. I will also go over differences between walk and run speed for each character.

The percentage is based on Mario's walk speed, which is 1.155. Because of this, each 1% is essentially equal to 0.01155.

All percentages are rounded to the nearest decimal.

Ahhhh, yeah that makes sense. "Initial dash speed is slower than highest walk speed" would've been a better description, methinks.

Gotcha. Your choice of wording for that section was a bit confusing. That's an interesting tidbit of info though.
