There are tier lists for all the other games on smash boards, when are we getting the ultimate one? Is it coming soon? Or are we waiting for all the DLC to be released and then it will be made?

1) The Smash Ultimate community BR (still has yet to be established AFAIK) would be the one that makes any "official" tier lists, not Smashboards specifically.
2) It's too early. For reference, version 1 for Smash 4BR tier list wasn't made until February 2016, compared to the launch date (November 2014).
- Corrin and Bayonetta weren't on the first tier list for Smash 4, so no we're not waiting for DLC to be completely released.
That said, we allow discussion/speculation on this in the Competitive section.
