Event - Apex 2015 UK guys need help with travel and housing

A few of us (8) are coming over from the UK and we'd appreciate some help getting to the venue.

If anyone is able to give us a lift to the venue from LaGuardia Airport to the venue on the 15th, that would be fantastic.
Otherwise is there anyone who can tell us what the cheapest way to get from the airport to the venue is?

If anyone could actually house the eight of us from the 15th until Apex on the 17th, that would be even better!

We also need housing in New York after the tournament between 19th-22nd.

For those interested, players are: CRZ, J.Miller PTP, IxisNaugus, Siri, Aurareus, Hoe4u, BlizzyWolf and Jihad.
