Okay, I'll try to describe the problem as best I can. Basically, I went to change a song on my SD card to something else, but when I changed it, it only played for a little bit and then ebcame staticy. At first I thought it might have been the song itself, so I just picked a different one, but that one also became staticy. It's only one song that's doing it, but for now I decided not to change any of my music until I have this problem resolved.

Nope. Defragmenting files organizes the files from what you moved and deleted, so it can delete the leftover files you've deleted.

Formatting is better though, if defragmenting doesn't work completely... you have to make a backup first and then format it so you can get your stuff back after it deletes everything.
