Uair Question

Quick question, where do I need to hit with uair to combo? I land the uair and I rarely get followups. It usually hits them behind me or away from me. If someone could tell me where I need to be landing the uair I'd really appreciate it.

It depends on how you hit them. Try going onto FD against a lvl 3 Marth CPU and try it out. Sometimes you'll need to hit it late with the opening frames of the attack, and sometimes you need to hit the middle when Falcon is upright. It depends on the character, the stage, and what move you're planning to combo into (probably knee lol)

Get underneath them and slightly in front of them usually to hit them up and away.

Have them slightly up and in front of you, where you are slightly underneath them and instantly uair off the ground while running. If they go behind you, follow them, you should be able to if you do your uairs fast enough and fast fall them well enough.
