Amazing stuff, boss8, especially the ending of match 2.

very nice overall. my only critique would be to utilize more bair's and d-throws against pickachu to set yourself up for bigger combos.

also, your main approach was dash => shield grab, which is really a hit or miss way to attack pikachu. try throwing in some fireballs and create an opening for some bairs or nairs that way you don't have to risk being hit by his f-smash while you are trying to shield grab.

Those were really good matches. I noticed that you got hit and/or changed your return course when you were off the edge from a lot of thunders. I'm not sure if this is common knowledge... but you can cape those thunders. If you had done that on his thunders it would've saved you one death in match four alone (3:06 to get back to the ledge and since caped thunders do damage to pikachu, it'd keep him away from you until you landed), and probably in a couple of other situations earlier, and definitely made your returns easier.

Excellent matches, though the camera at the beginning of most of them made my head hurt. In agreement with aran, there were a couple of instances in which you could have caped thunder; was there any particular reason you didn't?

I really dislike quotes like this on smashboards..how do you know if someone is the best at a particular character? Does he have multiple wins in large tournaments?

Don't say a person or several people are the best when you have only seen a small number of people play . I'm sure theres a couple hundred more no-namers that could take down people that are referred to as "The Best" on smashboards.
