Turbo Lucario is God-like

It may just be me, but I haven't really been able to play as anybody on turbo mode effectively, and I have like no PM Lucario experience, but I can do like 8-15 hit combos consistently.
Is he just god tier in turbo mode or am I just playing him well?
What experiences have you had?

If you weren't already aware, Lucario already has an onhit-cancel for his basic attacks. For example, while a jab into uptilt into upsmash would be rather slow when not hitting someone, the same combo would string together very quickly when his attacks connect. Because of this, I would imagine that Turbo mode would just amplify this to go even faster. It works so well with Lucario because the combos possible by Turbo are already possible combos in the regular game, just even faster. Other characters in turbo mode have combos that they were never designed to do.

Depends what you're talking about. Is Assist input on or off? If it's on, then every character is a turbo god with infinites. lol
