Trying to start a scene in Cutler Bay,Florida

Me and my training partner are desperate for tourneys, the closest melee events are an hour and 10 minutes away. So I was wondering if there is anyone in Cutler Bay, Palmetto Bay, South Miami Heights, or around The Falls that would be willing to come to our smash fests and hopefully start a weekly in the future.
