Trying to remove a platform from a stage

Hey, I was wondering how to remove the rock on kongo jungle (also the distant clouds on yoshis n64 if possible)

Anybody here know how to edit the collision data on a stage to accomplish this?

edit: I found this edit for yoshis n64, which fixes my issue there. still trying to remove the rock though

The collision data of Kongo begins at the offset 3b6f0. The collision of the rock seems to begin at 3b8e8.
