trying to find a game, found it, close this

i really wanna find a certain game and cant remember the name of it...tis is what i know
-sega genesis (98% sure)
-is an art game with characters like sonic and tails
-might be art alive (not sure, dont think so)
-you can set things up, "sticker" wise and a lot of things move and such
-theres a bunch of different backdrops
please help, ive been trying to find it for two days...

The only game I know of with the features that you described is Art Alive. I'll look more into it but I'm pretty sure that's it.

Actually, Art Alive! was on the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis system.
