Training with NTSC harmful?

Good morning everybody,
I'm from Europe and therefor at tournaments we are using the PAL-Version of Melee.
Right now I'm mostly playing on the 20xx Hackpack though, which is only available for NTSC, so I was wondering if that will lead to any huge problems or if thats still a-ok?

IMO
Certain characters get nerfed heading from NTSC to PAL but jigglypuff is the same from both regions so no difference except buffs to spacies and other top tiers.
