**** YES YOU ARE THE BEST POKÉMON EVER.

This topic is made of pure, unadulterated win. Yes, Lucario, Gardevoir, Mewtwo, Meowth, Munchlax and especially Jigglypuff are all far more likely, but Toxicroak is immensely more awesome than all of them combined.

But yeah, it´s not going to make it.

But if you want to jump into the realm of vaguely realistic possibility, look at his pre-evolved form.

Croagunk, as this fantastic fellow is called, evolves into Toxicroak at level thirty-eight. In the anime´s new season, it was captured by one of the show´s three main characters (Brock) and become quite a popular integrant. Its inclusion as a playable SSBB character is still a ridiculously long shot, but one can dream.

STATS
Power - ***
Weight - **
Speed - ***
Jump - ****

B-moveset and Final Smash. Would be a trickster kind of guy.

B - Poison Sting :: Croagunk´s middle finger glows, and it then jabs forward for a short-ranged punch. If the opponent is hit they will be minimally damaged, but a purplish aura will form around them and they will be poisoned, steadily receiving damage as if affected by Lip´s Stick. The effect lasts for several seconds. Poison Sting has some lag after execution.
B Up - Substitute :: Croagunk takes out a green plushie doll that looks somewhat like a baby dragon. Press A to have Croagunk throw it diagonally upward in a direction set by you, like with Yoshi´s Egg Throw. Once it is thrown, the doll will stop in midair and in a poof of purple smoke Croagunk will switch places with it.
B Side - Pursuit :: Croagunk´s eyes glow bright yellow while the rest of its body becomes pitch black, and it dashes straight forward like with Fox Illusion, but stops when it hits an enemy (and actually deals knock-back). The attack does unspecial damage normally, but it doubles if the foe is hit from behind. Like with Poison Sting, Pursuit is very quick to do, but lag comes after execution.
B Down - Mud Bomb :: Croagunk retrieves a translucent, blue bubble with a brownish liquid swirling inside, about as large as it, and carries it above its head. While carrying the Mud Bomb Croagunk is slightly slower at walking and cannot jump. Press A to hurl the Mud Bomb forward a short distance, which will explode, dealing nearby foes good damage and making the floor muddy. This will make this section of the floor slippery like Fourside´s UFO. Effects disappear after some twenty seconds.

Final Smash - Poison Jab :: Croagunk glows with the traditional Smash Ball flame, and dashes at startling speed toward the closes opponent. It then pummels the foe with an apparently endless barrage of glowing-finger jabs, from all directions, and finishes with an uppercut that will easily KO foes that were already damaged before the attack started. While the move has a higher probability of KOing the opponent, it balances out by only affecting one foe.

Toxicroak would be great if he made it in, and i would make it where you could switch between preevolved and evolved form

Toxicroak? In Brawl? Just for a surprise? If they wanted to surprise everyone they could just make Caterpie playable -_-

Toxicroak seems to be unique but I wouldn't want to see him in over Lucario.

Well... Um...

He does look pretty cool, if they got rid of that red bubble on his neck he would looks a lot better. But I guess that give him character to what he actually is.. he needs it to breathe.

I can't say I support him, nor do I actually want him as a playable character. But I wouldn't mind him in the game as a Pokeball atleast.

Toxicroak is AWESOME & one of my favorite pokemon, but where's Poison Jab? HELLO! Signature move. Also, Sucker Punch would be better than Feint, especially considering the fact that it's much more useful. (It's the 'Kazam killer.)

He's like Lucario, except he has a bubble on his neck, and he doesn't have a snout (or ears). :)
He's nothing like Lucario, & is arguably more useful in battle. Besides, he's a f*****g toad, of course he'll have the 'bubble'on his neck.

Well, Surf is a lot more useful on Pikach than Thundershock. Psychic and Ice beam are far better on Mewtwo than anything in his Melee moveset. Rest Jigglypuff, need I go on? I chose Feint because this is BRAWL we're talking about, not Diamond and Pearl. Feint would be a much better, more original move for Smash than some boring Sucker Punch.

And if you read the whole moveset' you'd know that Poison Jab is his F-smash.

Can we let this thread die in peace now?
