Tourney Legal Stages

These are the stages I think at least have some potential to be legal. I didn't include transitioning stages even as counter-picks as they've been controversial for Smash 4. Plus we have so many stages to choose from I don't think they would need to be included for variety.

Neutral:
Battlefield
Final Destination
Dream Land
Yoshi's Story
Fountain of Dreams
Smashville
Town and City
Kalos Pokemon League (Hazards off)
Unova Pokemon League (Hazards off)
Pokemon Stadium 1 & 2 (Hazards off)
Midgar (Hazards off)

Counter-Picks:
Frigate Orpheon
Yoshi's Island
Pokemon Stadium 1
Lylat Cruise
Arena Ferox
Wily Castle (Hazards off)
Dracula's Castle (Hazards off)

Those are the stages I think could be legal, but I'm far from the most experienced when it comes to tournament rulesets. What do you think will be legal?

I think Dracula’s Castle will probably end up banned anyway even with hazards off, because camping on that staircase might be a concern.

I thought about that, and I think you're right. I'm going to remove it.
