Tournaments in Long Island?!

looking for some tournaments that could be going on in Long Island, i really lack tournament experience and i know thats the next step to getting better. so if someone knows of a tournament in the area (nassau county would be nice =D) post up please! thx

yo bro, im in the exact same predicament, nassau county lookin for tournament experience...i just found out about the NYU smashfest weeklies probably goin to those. other then that me and my friends are down for some friendlies if u ever wanna vs us for more experience

Depending who hosts, sometimes they have melee at Gametable in Mineola.

I usually play with people out east in Suffolk, but I'd be down for some smash too. I live out on the border in the Huntington area. I also go to Hofstra so I pass through Nassau a lot, lol.

That was probably Parallax LAN, on Jericho turnpike.

Game Table doesn't host stuff that often for melee, but I'm down for playing pretty often.

well he also goes everywhere for tournies. and he has alot of experience and when people like mango and them travel they usually house with him so hes good practice
