I, I'm new to the site. I wanted to organized a tournament with the official rules but I didn't find them on the site. Can you help me by sending me a link with the official rules for smash tourneys.

just find any big tournament and steal their ruleset, tweaking stages if you want

for example, http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=94730 - Section J (pound 2)

FCD had battlefield off random (which is pretty atypical) while OC3 only allowed counterpicks on the 6 normally neutral stages (iirc they only had 3 neutral stages)
