Toon Link's Grab

Can Toon Link grab characters out of the air? I thought I remembered hearing that he couldn't I just wanted to know if it's documented or just known as a fact.

You can chaingrab some characters. Not sure which ones.

Fox, Falco, Wolf, C.Falcon, Link, other fast fallers.

Usually not for very long though.

Does anyone know if it's like that for all tethers?

It's like that for Link, T.Link, Samus and Zero Suit Samus.

Ivysaur, Lucas, Yoshi (I think) and Olimar (who's grab isn't really a tether, but it sort of acts like one I guess) can grab people out of the air.
