Toon Link Meteor and Meteors in General

Alright, so I've heard that Toon Link's meteor is a "strong" meteor like Roy's or Olimar's. However, what is the difference between a "weak" meteor and a "strong" meteor if you can just meteor cancel them both. Also, does anyone have any solid combos into Tink's meteor dair? I've done it a few times but it isn't that consistent (I can get Roy's pretty consistently now).

Toon Link's dair is a spike, but to answer your question a strong meteor would have more KB than a weak one.
