Ok first yes I know theres a matchup stickied topic. And I did read it :) But Diddy gives me A LOT of trouble recently, and would like to know what other tactics can be done to beat Diddys. I actually beat MK easier than DK :(

I saw these techs under the DK matchup summary:
Insta AD catch, insta throw. What are these exactly? Im pretty sure I been doing it all along I just never knew the technical name for it. I would like to know what is it and how its done. :) Thanks
