Well I have this worry in my head....

Considering how many new features we are seeing in SSBB, the huge cast of new additions, the new levels, game modes, enhanced graphics etc.

I am wondering if there will be enough space in a Wii disc to hold all this data. Im sure this is underestimating Nintendo and is stupid enough to expect them to do a colossal blunder like that, but still I cannot help but worry that there will be a setback to all that we have been seeing all this time. I mean, its only been good news so far right?

But on the other hand, when considering the people who are involved in this game and the amount of time they have spent on it, we can bet our saddle and boots its going to be worth the wait.

Do you think I do have a reason to worry or that the game we are all expecting will be one of the best ever?

Your thoughts...

Dude look at the GC disk...melee had lots of stuff, the wii disk has the potential of almost 3 times that amount of memory, or something like that. Plus, since when has memory been a problem? TP is so long and it can all hold in one disk.

Yes it's most likely easily going to fit on a Wii disc. It has even been mentioned in one of the updates a while ago that we shouldn't worry because it would all fit on 1 disc.

Besides, do remember that the game is essentially 2-D, meaning they don't have to create a world in which you can move forward and backward, which to me sounds a lot more space-taking (a 3-D world). Correct me if I'm wrong?

Good point....im just wondering if everything we have been watching all this time is actually going to be in the game....

there were cases where things had to be compressed and the only area that suffered where the graphics.

Believe me, I want this game to be as good as it looks like ! I'm just skeptical by nature :p

Would you quit creating doubts for yourself? Look at every gaming console in the past. The quality of the games, especially in graphics, is very different between the beginning and the end of the console cycle. Smash isn't going to somehow overfill the disc. All you're doing is worrying yourself over nothing.

Listen to everyone responding to you! They make sense. Oh, and Sakurai has everything under control in his single disc game. :)

Yeah, it should all be in one disc. Like someone said, TP could fit on one disc.

But, if they did need two discs... Wii would be expecting WAY more stuff.

Until wii meet again,
