Well, if you don't consider your pokemon's types a problem, then I find the lack of destiny bond on Frosslass odd.

An Infernape with Earthquake might give you problems. It would have a super effective move against every member of your team (ground, fire, fighting attacks).

What he said. I'm not sure how well it would work, but it's definitely worth trying. Froslass has the speed, but lacks the satk to begin with. Thus, even with the petaya activated, you still may find a lot of moments where your Froslass just can't get the OHKO it'll need. And when that happens, you'll have destiny bond. If you decide to do this though, I advise you drop shadow ball. You'd lose the STAB, but you just can't beat the coverage of anything boltbeam.

Consider grass knot over fake out on infernape to hit Hippowdon (and Swampert) hard.
Fake Out breaks Sashes on Pokemon without Protect... I'd rather not, though I suppose I could give it a try.
