well i have never been to a tourney before (also because i'm not very good at smash).. And when i have a chance to it's always in eastern washington which is to far. :[ hopefully somebody will host a washington Tourney in western washington some day? People tell me tourneys are loads of fun :[ Am i missing out?

(Melee Tourneys.., please don't assume i play brawl by my post count Like "Vulcan55".. :[

There's one in Olympia on the 29th, but assuming from your post count, you are talking about Brawl, in which case, who cares?

Pac west forums are usually not friendly to Brawl players and they thought you were a brawl player so yeah.

Where in WA are you at? If you are nearby, I can drive over and get some friendlies/recording.

Are you the only one of your friends that play melee? If not, you should have a smashfest. Also, I think that there are smashers at the UW (I'm pretty positive), you should probably practice with them too.

Well I have like 3 friends that play melee 2 are like not competitive like just play when im here.. and one is competitive that wishes he never played brawl. well I'm in high school and ill feel a little to young to go there with all those college people.. plus i would have to bus there =/

Ask Eggz if you can get a ride with him. Or I will. In fact, I'll call him after class and tell him to post in this thread (if his phone isn't dead and he's not passed the **** out from our nearly sleepless drive home from Canada).

Also, wtf @ you asking about a WWA tournament alongside your unwillingness to play with UW "college age" smashers or travel to Olympia for one XD. If you want to fulfill your desire to have a tournament hosted across the street from you by 14 year olds you might have to do it yourself.

But yeah, a bunch of Washington players are attempting to revive the Melee scene and we'd love to have more players to smash with so keep in touch on here! =D

The age thing is completely negligible, I've been smashing out of state since i was 15.
If you actually want a ride, and want to get into the community, just ask for rides and someone can hook you up easily this weekend. All of us are teenagers just like you, so were not gonna like offer you candy and **** you or anything haha.

Oh ok i apologize.... it's just i've never played with strangers before and i'm kind new to the community. As i said before i am pretty terrible at smash but i would like to experience a tourney... Also, will transportation back be a problem?

Hey im a peach from AIB, you can search me (l33t) on there. But im moving a bit to smashboards for tourneys/peach boards/ect.

I live in aberdeen washington, and im always looking for tourneys..rides.. anyhting.. =/

But there is NEVER a tournement around me. ive yet to be to an official tournement.

But if there are any happening.. help? XD

Id host one if people would come 0.o

well; thats mellee. I havent been able to do anything melee now due to lack of wavedashing XD

But im really for any kind of tourney. I cant come this saturday because of family gatherings. 0.o
