Tips on defeating Falco

Recently I battled agaisnt Falco user. This guy annoyingly camped and when I approached to him by either jumping or rolling, he smashes. Any tips on how to defeat this kind of falco user? Its a shame Marth has no projectile...

Whatever you do, make sure they don't pick ELDIN. Or Elden, whatever.

Also, yeah read the match up thread. The projectiles aren't that god aweful. If you get yourself close enough they will be scared to spam their lazers. AND YOU WILL be able to get close enough; rain or shine. (Get my pun? I HOPE YOU DID [p.s. its a double whopper]). just don't get so close you get smashed... then punish.
