Tips for Rosalina&Luma

I got into using Rosalina as a secondary main recently and I'm really stumped on how to use her. Since I'm a beginner at the competitive side of Smash I would love to know from Rosalina mains how to use her when in battle.

What are her matchups, weaknesses, and what to do when using her. I hear her air combat is good, but I only manage to make use for Fair and Uair.

So any tips guys would be nice. :D
