TioEX is a program I originally had to create for a final project in my GUI class at school. I've been using Tio for quite a while now, and I feel that some of the process in making a tournament can be simplified and done faster. So I present to you, TioEX.
I probably wouldn't rely on using TioEX for big tournaments yet as it's still in beta form. Use it now for testing and wait for a final release.
So at the moment, all tabs are functional except for the Matches and Output tabs. Most error handling is present, except some is not. There is no error checking for putting an invalid date in the date box for the tournament (use the format MM/DD/YYY), and technically you can enter players into doubles and teams into singles which you probably shouldn't do lol. Also I forget to make the venue fee doubled for teams (since there's two players), but that will be fixed in the next release.
The open function doesn't work on the tournament tab. A file chooser comes up but doesn't really do anything and will be finished when the Matches and Output tabs are done since that is really needed for those tabs and nothing else.
It's still a little bare bones, but what's there now can get your events set up really fast, with pre-populated drop down lists for location, manual seeding set up at the time of entrant creation, and entering players into events at entrant creation with keeping track of the cost to charge the player. TioEX also keeps track of all of the venue fees you have collected so far (and supports giving people free venue fee) so you can keep track of your money.
