8.Falco.(No Idea what happened oo; but yep he's in the high zone.)
All these characters were cut off at about 80-100. Link and Falco at 80-90.

Middle


1.Marth.
2.Samus.
3.Doctor Mario.
4.Mario.
5.Ness.
6.Ice Climbers.
7.Mr Game and Watch.
8.Peach.
9.Zelda/Shiek.
10.Yoshi.
11.Pikachu
12.Young Link.
13.Luigi.
14.Fox.
All are cut off at about 50-70. With the exception of Fox,Luigi,Young Link whom are cut off at 50-60.

Low


1.Kirby.
2.Pichu.
3.Jigglypuff.
All are cut off at 20-45. Except Jigglypuff who is cut off at 15-35.

How exactly where these tests determined? You might want to be more specific for the sake of completeness

maybe you should try all the combinations...that would make it awesome...

You should record what % it starts at and then what % they get cut off, find the difference. I'm sure Falco stays on the ground at 0 %
