Like AirFair said, Kadano's Perfect Marth Class thread has a flowchart for guaranteed setups from throws against Falcon I'd highly recommend checking out. As a Marth that relies heavily on grabs, I had a lot of trouble at first against Falcon because you don't really have much guaranteed at low percents off of your throws because he's so heavy; you have a lot of lag at the end of your throw. Falcon's techroll isn't that great, so generally what I do when I get a low percentage grab is just to continuously downthrow and techchase until I can get him into the late 20- mid 30% range where he's a lot more comboable.
