In a little 2 page brochure-esque thing i got packaged with my Copy of LoZ: PH, I found 3 articles on games.

Custom Robo Arena

Super Mario Galaxy

and

Super Smash Bros Brawl(it also had the boxart of the game, the Title on plain black. Probably not official).

Before i give you the article im going to state a few things.

1) Nothing here is groundbreaking its just a bit neat

2) No i'm not going to make a scan, its worthless to do so

Okay here we go:

"Welcome to a brawl for the ages! This action-packed fighting game features a ridiculous number of characters that have appeared on nintendo platforms, from Mario to Link to Pikachu...to Solid Snake! As they square off in famous locales drawn from the rich history of Nintendo, literally anything can happen...and usually does. With limitless customizing options, items and weapons that boggle the mind, and a wealth of modes, this game is what happens when Nintendo worlds collide!"

Interesting Find?

Waste-of-space?

i think the limitless customizing options is just talking about all the different modes and stuff you can do in the matches. big, small, bunny, super sudden death, etc.

Well, after seeing yet another surprise on the Dojo today in the Pictochat stage, I'm willing to say that this game is going to have a lot more content in it that we could ever imagine. We've already seen a good deal of the game, and yet I'm pretty sure some inside source said that we haven't even scratched the surface.

Yeah, this is just an advertisement, but it's not necessarily overblowing Brawl. In all honesty, I think we're never going to stop underestimating the game until it's in our hands. When you really think about all the effort that's going into the production of SSBB, the delay to February just seems more and more worth it.

It's interesting, but I'd say it's more like over exaggeration. Customization is definitely not even close to "limitless", and I don't see where they'd pull "a wealth of modes" from. Still, I'm looking forward to seeing myself eventually being proven wrong.

It would be nice if they were referring to the whole customizable characters theory, but that doesn't appear to be in. Also, I'll be happy if the number of characters is over 32. That should be enough mains for Azen, right? :)

That seems really likely, that and other usual options such as stage select, turning items on and off, stock vs time (and being able to adjust such), damage percentage adjustment (making characters easier or harder to KO), being able to play with people close or online, ect. It just seems like the typical attention catching message to get people to want to play the game.

It is going to be huge, no doubt. 40+ characters seems like a reasonable amount for all the time they have put into this game. I mean, developers know if they are making a sequel as soon as the previous game's sales for the first few weeks go out. They have probably been working on this game since soon after Melee came out, mostly preproduction of course but that is half the battle. This is likely to be the best selling Nintendo game of all time so of course they are gonna work hard on it.
