He falls fast so comboing him is quite easy.
The hard thing about falcon is he can chase marth off the stage and stop his recovery.

Spam the utilt. It'll clank with a knee, I think, and he'll have more lag than you afterward if it does. If it doesn't, it means that you hit him and he is now up in the air.
You can get out of his CT fairly easily, just DI.
When he "chases" you off the stage, as Genuine said, it's pretty easy to throw out a B> and just kinda knock him off guard. He will probably end up B^ing into you, and then you'll either survive if he knocks you closer to teh stage or both of you will die, which is better than you dying. It really depends on how far he goes off. I'm reminded of that Ken - Isai match where Isai chased ken off and ken came back and lip spiked him.
Don't be afraid to double fair him. It's fun.

get him off the edge, and because he has such a bad recovery, you can just F-smash him repetitively

Basically, at low percents you're looking for grabs to uthrows, utilt and uair combos, finisher to edgeguard. At mid percents, you can uthrow to Fsmash if they DI at all. As far a approach goes, Dtilt and late fair are good for baiting if falcon likes to dash dance. Do not spam anything and don't stay in the air too long. Falcon's raptor boost has more priority than anything you can throw out at the peak of Marth's short hop.
I agree with frostbyte. For the majority of the time, your mainly looking for uthrows - utilt or fsmash.
