I don't think it is. In Melee, there were never ? spots for unlockable characters.

I think you'll get a more definite answer if some one can identify the source of the Luigi/Captain Falcon/Ganondorf images.

epicly fake, its missing several of the already revealed characters lol. you can set up your TV as your computer monitor, its just a photoshop image. It's well done, but obviously fake.

Actually there were ?s in melee, just not for every character.

It's definitly fake.
I don't think Lucas is unlockable or the real menu would have that many unlockable characters seperating all the characters.
There is no way that the starting roster would have less than Melee's.

I've actually seen this one before... About a year ago. Note the unusual art of Ike's face, and the squashed appearance of Ganondorf's OoT face art, not to mention how Luigi's picture is straight from Melee (I think. I'll have to check that one again).
