That's the thing. Marth is so much better than Roy in so many aspects, it'd be a horrible idea to switch to Roy for a main. Unless you want to go for that "novelty" idea which I think is a stupid reason. This is assuming that the OP already knows all the "facts" between Roy and Marth.

Regardless, the OP didn't ask for the facts and opinions regarding their differences. He just wanted to know how to switch from one to the other, or at least be able to play each with a comparable ability.
