It starts on Friday and goes until Sunday. Here's the stream schedule for the three streams: http://www.eventhubs.com/images/2013/jul/08/evo-2013-official-stream-schedule/when is evo?
It is really good speculation. Also, the page shoryuken page isn't loading for me.I guess Nintendo answered our question. There's no way in hell that if they cared enough about EVO to announce something there / at the same time, that they would also send Mr. Wizard a cease-and-desist. I know they did a 180 and now the stream is back up, but... well, I guess now we know how they feel, in a corporate sense. Sakurai may be looking out for us, but Nintendo corporate still views us as antagonists until we spam their inboxes. -_-
Yeah. The damage was done though. I can't even believe they tried to pull that. It is almost unfathomable. I mean I guess I could see it coming after the "lets play" fiasco.http://www.joystiq.com/2013/07/09/super-smash-bros-melee-pulled-from-evo-2k13-streaming/ It's back as intended! :D It details Nintendo announced the correction, but when did they even promote EVO? Namco's presence might do something. But any amount of news at this pint will be something.
Look at it this way.Yeah. The damage was done though. I can't even believe they tried to pull that. It is almost unfathomable. I mean I guess I could see it coming after the "lets play" fiasco.
Five hours was five hours too long. I do see what you are getting at though. I still don't know why they are running the company into the ground (my opinion of course).Look at it this way.
They changed their mind in less than five hours. They listen to their fans more than the other developers.
Well they certainly know how to drive it out when they need to.Five hours was five hours too long. I do see what you are getting at though. I still don't know why they are running the company into the ground (my opinion of course).
I don't really think Sakurai cares about Evo. I mean, he isn't really that into the competitive scene... as we know. So I really doubt we are going to be getting any special announcements. It is a good time for announcements though. I know NRS (Netherrealm Studios) will be making some Injustice announcements. So you never know.Well they certainly know how to drive it out when they need to.
Regardless, I doubt we'll get anything special at EVO. Does Sakurai even care about EVO?
