This is all weird.
This is the results of an AI tourney I had:
Mario level 6 vs Ness level 9 - The whole match is extremely toe to toe, mario wins barely.
Mario level 9 vs Ness level 9 - Mario gets totally ***** all 3 stocks but manages to lose only with a stock thanks to edgehogging.
