I remember really really liking Richie from the anime. Now I see why. He was cute as ****, and kicked the main characters butt. Only to be defeated by the ever so awesome lady trainer. We never got to know the winner of the Pokemon leagues name, but she had an Ivysaur, Spearow, and Tentacool. And I idolized her. Along with the BA Sabrina who pretty much put every super hero to shame.
I also had a thing for Ashley. Ash's petticoating personality.
I had a major affinity for "Assunta", or the girl who beat Richie.

I figure this may interest someone around this forum. Seeing that we all have Pokemon being a major part of our childhood in common, how do you feel about some of the more dark theories about pokemon?
Here's a few of them.
Ash is actually in a coma.
Other theories.
Take a look at theory #2 (You ruin your rival's life), and theory #11 (Kanto was once at war)
Thoughts? I also really feel that I should warn anyone who decides to read any of these articles. The saftey and innocence of Pokemon Red and Blue will pretty much be destroyed. At least for a period of time anyway. I strongly suggest you don't read the Article about Pokemon being Ash's comatose state. I wouldn't say ignorance is bliss, but it is what it is, and some would prefer to be "kept out of the loop". That article will probably hit home for virtually any human being with troubles.
So, yeah. It's a fair warning I would say. I think you could get away with simply reading Theory #2 and #11, and still have the safe room that is Pokemon memories intact. However, the Ash article doesn't follow that same principle. At all.
