Sorry for the trouble. The tournament was moving on incredibly slowly and he was not replying for 8-9 minutes. Usually I'm very patient with my opponents but the tournament was progressing so incredibly slowly that something had to be done.

I did not add him because he did not reply (meaning i assumed he had not added me, and even if he DID add me it would have been pointless if we couldn't communicate). I don't add people until I know they're active atm (to avoid adding people that turn out to accidentally come late/quit/change their mind).

This tourney wasn't the best regarding communication. Usually everyone should stick to one site and switching back-and-forth can mean trouble. Had I only been focused on one place I would maybe have seen your message in time (my opponent's). I tried to do my best by switching around every 2-3 minutes but this can lead to misunderstandings like this. (Not to mention stuff like going to the bathroom, check on 3DS and more). 8 minutes of not answering while the game NEEDS to go faster can lead to things like this.

Soo sorry for any trouble that was caused, but i believe I was not completely responsible for this misunderstanding. Apologies to my opponent for any inconvenience and I hope that the Wii U tournament will go much better for everyone

I hope to have at least one streamer tomorrow (Jerm has said he should have no problems streaming the Wii U tournament tomorrow.) If we have just one streamer, only the winner's bracket shall streamed. With two, both the winner's and loser's bracket shall be streamed!

As for the winner of the 3DS portion of The Winter Solstice, I've got quite a bit of Christmas obligations coming up starting on Monday Dec. 15th, but I will aim to get you and the winner of the Wii U portion your 20 dollars in e-shop funds as soon as I get my Wii U (That way I can easily kill two birds with one stone!). Sorry to tell you on such short notice, but I regret to tell you I won't be able to participate in the wii u tourney (sucks for me as I was really looking forward to this), but I'd be more than likely to participate in future tournaments.
