anyways i just hope it comes in november or early december, it's unfair to wait that much while everyone is playing the 3ds version

There are several threads on this already though. So many threads on this forum that doesn't need to be made. Kinda unfortunate. But anyway, I just posted this in another thread:
I saw this on GoNintendo regarding Europe's release date: http://www.gonintendo.com/s/236562-rumor-smash-bros-wii-u-amiibo-confirmed-for-november-release
The info has changed now on the Amiibo page. Not that this isn't the expected month of release, it's pretty much 99% certain. But what day though? o.o'
Found a store in Sweden that put their release date on 2014-12-06.

add /VhkGYzL.png to a imgur link I guess, since I am not allowed to post links yet.

I was browsing their site ~1 week ago and found no date at all, so it would seem like it has been recently updated.
Yes I saw that too! I hope it's not true. It's so late. T.T

They already delayed it once, so this year for sure.
No.

The Nintendo UK release date for the Amiibo is "November". That might mean something for the WiiU date.

The release date for Smash is the single deciding factor to whether or not the Wii U's sales can be salvaged. Think about it. After Smash Bros, what else is there that will be a system-seller for the console? I know Zelda is on the horizon, but Zelda doesn't push anywhere near as many units as Mario Kart and Smash. Those two franchises are it. If MK8 and Smash underperform, then the Wii U will too.

This is why it's so crucial that Smash come out at a good time. And November 21 is the ideal time. With Brawl, Nintendo could afford a delay, because the Wii was flying off the shelves. But I can't stress this enough: Nintendo cannot afford to delay this game past Christmas. The fate of their hardware depends on it.
