If you guys didn't watch the last episode of the Scar and Toph Show, Laudandus was talking about having this "tome" that's just his extended training regimen that he goes through each day. I sat down the other day and put together my own Falco Tome that I intend to work through every day except the occasional day where I'm not home until late at night or spend the whole time playing against my friends. Anyways, I thought you guys might like to see my... TWO AND A HALF HOUR TRAINING REGIMEN. Here it is.

Btw, for anyone who didn't see the scar and toph show, it should also be mentioned that u shouldn't just use someone else's tome or use the same one forever. This is a great example but in case it isn't obvious, u should adjust accordingly for what u need to work on.

I actually really appreciate your mentioning this.

This regime looks awesome, the only thing i'd point out however is to take breaks often in between each session - Movement, Shield Pressure, Ledge Options as I find that I start to burn out and not practice as hard. (Especially 10 minutes of Shield Dropping - it gets really boring!)

The biggest thing I have to say on this front is that pressing the R button a ton really starts to hurt after a bit. Wavelanding followed by shield drops followed by shine OoS followed by ledgedashing... I use the R trigger for all of that, so it starts to hurt after a bit. This is only my second day working on it, but I'm already appreciating it a lot.

I like HugS' point of view on what he calls the Silentspectre method (I don't know if this is actually Silentspectre's method, someone please tell me):

Since the most critical part of tech is execution, you put together n techniques at random (the example was 3) and practice until you can execute them m times (the example was also 3) times in succession. so 3 random-ish techniques from a grab bag, 3 times, in order to continue.

The purpose of this is to put yourself on the spot to be able to execute techniques, and to break up the muscle memories which arise when practicing techniques, to better simulate the strings of varying technically demanding inputs required in a tournament setting.

IF YOU LIKE BREVITY STOP HERE, IT'S GOING TO GET IN-DEPTH AND WORDY.
edit: for some reason **** split into multiple spoilers

I didn't read the really long thing, but I get the point overall. Right now, I'm really using my "Tome" to build the muscle memory more than I'm using it to practice with it. I can practice it and all that when situations arise while beating up on CPUs. However, I know for a fact that a lot of my techskill is kinda ****ty in a number of ways, so this covers all the bases and then what I really need to work on in one solid training regimen. That idea is pretty cool though.
