Thought the chances of it are way too slim, I'd like to see Pokemon Trainer, for one reason or another, meet Yoshi or Kirby and try to catch them, thinking they're pokemon. I'd love playing Yoshi and Charizard in a story at the same time(I Melee main yoshi and will hopefully Brawl main Yoshi, and my friend wants to main PT), which is why this idea spawned.

if Kojima had any part in the development of this, Snake will be paired with someone cute and frustrating, and it will be hysterical.

Also, the Gannondorf/Pichu pairing is oddly badass. I hope it, or something like it, happens.

Snake and Samus would be an interesting couple, that should be a thread in it's own.

Unless there is that rivalry thing with Sakurai, the creator of Pokemon, Miyamoto, Iwota and Kojima then you got symbolism right there
