I use Chrome and never had an issue with downloading Rostermaker from there. Perhaps it could be your computer? Maybe try Firefox and see what happens

Are you sure it's Chrome? That sounds more like something your antivirus would do. Try turning it off for a few minutes and downloading the roster maker.

Maybe because of the statement right after that said, "Other character's movesets are being worked on, as well"? I remember people ignoring that so that Toad would somehow be more likely.

...actually he never directly said that about Peach and have made vague statements about "what you see is not final" multiple times including times in POTDs and the Smash Direct...

But eh, Luma = Toad can still be in.
