-Neutral-A, Forward Tilt, and Neutral-Air: Mega Buster (AKA: Lemon Cannon)
This is Mega Man's most basic weapon. It can be fired in groups of up to three, and then there is a short pause before you can fire again. It does 1-2% per hit with a short hitstun effect. Interestingly enough, if you hit an enemy while they are right in front of you, it causes a small amount of actual knockback.

Yo, don't dis Mega Man's default specials. Take a look at existing guides and tech discussion for MM that shows you how gnarly leaf shield and metal blade can be. Particularly Blade glide tossing, invinciblade, and every silly use we have for Leaf shield

Mega Man is not like the rest of the cast. If you can't embrace his gimmicky playstyle, then you won't get far with him.

Yeah...a guide that says that character's moves "suck" instead of listing ways to use them effectively isn't too appealing.
