So, here's the story: I plan on a random trip to Cyberden this past Saturday and whadda ya know? There's a tournament going on! Didn't know as I don't check Smashboards much anymore (don't ask). I talked to a few people down there, mainly Chinesah, Chillin, Neo, Azen, and DK SmAsh. Chin was getting on my case (lol, j/k) so I said "Look forward to the return of my tournaments" and people got excited. So, that's what this post is about.
I'm posting this here because I want people to know that I'm returning as a tournament director (for good, no johns) but I haven't had the time quite yet to speak to the venue director. As soon as I figure out the details, which should take a couple of days at best, I will be posting a tournament. It won't be called Arcade Smash for the reason of I held those tournaments while I was working for the arcade at the mall. It's going to be called something different which you all will find out when I post this in the tournament listings.
Details so far:
Game: BRAWL (maybe Melee at the same time, lol)
Date: 11/29/08, 12/06/08, or 12/13/08 (all Saturdays)
Entry fee: $10 singles, $10 teams, $5 venue fee (only if it's necessary).
Game Rules: Standard SBR Ruleset
