Strong Bad has already expressed some interest in doing that... I get a sense that it'll happen. ;)

I wouldn't call Zenith and Tipped Off nationals. Apex, SKTAR, CEO, and TBH4 might be the only actual nationals on that list.

I think Zenith is, not sure about Tipped Off. While Zenith was almost exclusively East Coast, it had ZeRo from Chile and East Coast kind of dominates PM anyway. It had most of the PM gods: EmuKiller, Mew2King, ZeRo, Junebug, as well as other strong players like Pink Fresh and Wizzrobe. Very few players from other regions would have broken into its top 8. I probably wouldn't have.

Wasn't Zero living in the US at the time? I don't think it matters that much that EC has most of the good PM players. You wouldn't call KTAR 8 a national just because NY/NJ has a lot of top Brawl players and Mr. R showed up. The word national implies that a bunch of people from all regions are coming and pitting their top players against one another. That's what's exciting about a national tournament, and Zenith didn't have that. I don't like this new trend of calling regionals nationals. There's nothing wrong with being a regional. If things like Zenith and Tipped Off are suddenly nationals, then what do we have left to call a regional? We can't really have 10 nationals a year. Most people aren't going to be able to travel that far that often.
