The Pokemon Trainer/Meta Knight matchup.

This matchup is really hard to understand and does not have much discussion. I would like the opinions of Meta Knight players since the pokedex entry for Meta Knight in the Pokemon Trainer board imo is off (Ivasaur at slight disadvantage and Charizard neutral....I REALLY need your input). Basically, does Meta Knight **** all of the pokes or are they just at a slight disadvantage to him?
