I did a search and the only thing similar I found was back in 2006.
So this is how it works. I'll start by making a basic picture and you're supposed to draw something to add on to it. It can be colors, more drawings whatever you like. You can be as artistic as you want and use any program you wish from Photoshop to MSpaint, but try and keep it the original picture size (500x422) for now.
You're supposed to take the picture the above poster made and then add something to it and keep passing it down.
Only rule: no text (you can draw words but no text/fonts)
Only rule 2: Nothing that completley wipes out the picture (like filling the whole thing a solid red blocking out everything else)
Only rule 3: Don't add image effects to the picture.
A good image host is imagehost.org
