The Perfect Sneasel

Hello
Basically, I'm gonna take up breeding. And the first thing I'm gonna do along those lines is try to make a perfect Sneasel(and eventually Weavile).
I've already gone and caught 12 Sneasels, 6 of each gender.

And so, here we are(all these are IV values):

I'd go 1 with 6. Weavile has such an awkward speed it doesn't really need perfect speed as it doesn't have much to compete with anything except other Weaviles. Your Sneasel's speed is good enough to beat base 120s with max speed. And hope your attack gets inherited. It's not like Weavile's going to be living through anything else, so you don't need perfect defenses.

What is the standard moveset for a Weavile?

Cuz him + Azelf are gonna go together for Battle Tower, along with someone else. Who should that someone else be?
I'm thinking about Blissey, but, IMO, she feels limited in a 3 vs 3 matchup.

Also, Im producing 10 eggs from those two(after getting other peoples opinions), so we'll be able to pick out who's the best out of them.

And is there a guide for breeding?

I think I should check the other 3 and see what I have before I make a decision like that.
And getting IVs are too much work. I'm dropping it from10 to 6 eggz, if u hadn't noticed.
Should I just release all the other Sneasels not being used?

BUMPED, and what is the standard moveset for a Weavile?

Pursuit, Night Slash, Ice Punch, filler. Whatever goes in last slot. Ice Shard can hit Reversallers, Brick Break is nice for Tyranitar, X-Scissor/Poison Jab/Shadow Claw/Aerial Ace for more coverage, Swords Dance or Sub can be okay if you're not using CB. I'd use Brick Break.
