i´d also propose to take in
jump from a charackter and so on, cause thats important to
(jump,weight,fastfall/floatie...)

downsmash: maybe peachs?
upsmash: fox.. or pikachu i dont like pichus cause it has no range Oo
f.smash: no idea...

why is sex kick an extra categorie? isnt it (most of the time) the nair?

aight so what do you think about my comment on your bowser theory?? i think it was a good thought but someone else may have a better ^B based on power, speed, range and ability. Samuss' is a good example, decent power, great speed, Ok range and a paralyzing type ability that can cancel some attacks

For recovery, Bowser's up-b is not THAT great.

Legs of Captain Falcon.

I feel no moveset need be given to explain the undefeatableness of this character... plus it would look hilariously creepy, I mean, really.

Err Bowser's up -b is really good for recovery, you get a huge boost in both horizontal and usually timed correctly can get you over a marth slash
