Sadly, I doubt it too. The only way I think he or someone from the NES black box era would be add right now, is if they were given the "Piranha Plant treatment".

Honestly, I'm pretty sure the DLC released after the Fighter's Pass will be getting the 'Plant' treatment.

Yeah, I'm also sadly thinking it won't happen. Most retro reps would probably be a base roster decision. Fortunately, of all the retro series' in Smash, I think ROB has it the easiest to get another rep. Who know's if it'll happen one day though, I certainly like to think it is. I really want to see these retro games treated as an actual series, though looking at Yoshi, who's supposed to be his own series but stuck in Mario's shadow, it might be an uphill battle.

You know, I wonder why Hector didn't even get a Spirit in Smash Ultimate. Heck, the only time Smash has ever referenced him was via R.O.B.'s trophy in Brawl...
