HE's the Loony Toon version of Peter Lorre

Oh...Wait. Wait, I think I have it. Peter Lorre was exiled from Hollywood because he lost in a supernatural wager to a giant medium-sized Pigman. He was forced to toil away in the subterranean slop mines while that swine lived his life for him, sleeping in his house and maxing out his credit cards.
Lorre, swearing revenge, made a deal with the Tiger of the Mirrors that, granted freedom from the mines, Lorre would sacrifice his firstborn child (or an equivalent number of hobos) and break the lock sealing the Mirror Beings into their eternal mimicry.
Of course, Lorre got distracted when the Pokymans games came out, one thing led to another, and, what do you know, he is trapped in the Mirror Dimension until some girl holds a picture of Seaking against a grey background up to a mirror where her face should be, then slowly lowers it. The image of the fish will remain and the seal will be broken...

I would have called this the strangest thing I've ever seen in my life, but considering that I've seen the fish before, with the same eyes and hair, I can't say that the relationship is completely undeniable. Although the Fish did kill himself....

Great, now I am afraid of Seakings.
That dude must be pretty ashamed to think that he was the inspiration for a pokémon like Seaking.
