Smash Ace
Since everyone from Waluigi to the Duck Hunt Dog has a thread, I'm gonna campaign for Megaman X.
Mega Man X, or Rockman X (ロックマンエックス, Rokkuman Ekkusu?), usually abbreviated to simply "X," in the games' original Japanese, is the main video game character of Capcom's Mega Man X video game series. Introduced in the 1993 SNES video game Mega Man X and created by series creator Keiji Inafune, Mega Man X is a sapient robot who, along with his partner Zero and the rest of the Maverick Hunters, protects humans and intelligent robots known as Reploids by hunting down rogue robots known as Mavericks.
I think he should be in the game because he's cool. Seems like a kind of lame reason, but I've heard good evidence to support his presence there. To quote an individual in another thread, "The world's a crazy place, I know. Many people think that Megaman doesn't stand a snowball's chance in hell of appearing in Brawl, but I have to argue. Megaman has more history with Nintendo than any other console that he's appeared on. He started out there for crying out loud. It is very feasible that he could make it in."
I'm no good at all at coming up with movelists, but I'll take any good ones anybody comes up with. He has a chance, and I'd really like to see it. I chose X rather than classic MM because I figured he'd probably be a bit more popular, being made for the more mature audience, and he'd probably appeal to younger ones as well.
Any bashings or support would be appreciated.
