Two words: Great Idea, it can replace the ice climbers, have really good moves based on Yoshi's Island and Mario and Luigi Partners in time

Legend:

BM- Baby Mario
BL- Baby Luigi
BB- Both

Simple Moveset:

A- Punch(BM)
AA- Double Punch(BB)
AAA-An Uppercut(BB)

Nair- Spin (BB)
Uair- Hammer Swing (BB)
Fair- Egg Toss (BM)
Bair- Egg Toss (BL)


Smashes

A>- Hammer(BB)
A^- Bite(BB)
A (Down)- Mini EarthQuake w/ Hammer (BM)

Special Attacks

B- Fireball (BB)
B>- Egg Toss (BL)
B^- Bubble Like where yoshi loses them and they get held in a bubble. (BB)
B (Down)- Ground Pound (BB)

Throws and Final Smash

Throw>- Punts You (BM)
Throw<- Punts You (BL)

Final Smash- Chain Chomp comes on stage and BM and BL are draged with it or a yoshi herd that bashes into other characters

Well you never know.... I hate Ice Climbers, I thought they didnt make much sense in the series at all.

Still, they have chances of making it.

I did search, I didnt find anything, unless I searched the wrong thing...

Edit: I searched baby mario and baby luigi duo, not baby brothers. Also, why isnt the thread in the character index? This gets so confusing...
