Not to discourage you, but you should really have an actual guide outline ready before submitting anything as opposed to putting it together as you go. I'm also curious as to what will be on here that can't already be found on the stickied threads.

smashes and specials

basic attack: 1st hit 2%, 2nd hit 2%, quick jabs 1% each, final hit 4%
side attack: kick 4%
up attack: lick 5%
down attack: low sweep 6%
side smash: normal 12%, hold for 1 sec 19%, hold fully 22%
up smash: normal 14%, hold for 1 sec 18%, hold fully 20%
down smash: normal 9%, hold for 1 sec 11%, hold fully 13%
basic special: normal 2%, hold for 1 sec 6%, hold fully 10%
side special: kick 11%, special effect: there will be a seperate shadow going forward when let go of B button, greninja...
